Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy is for 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only standard products are eligible for return. Custom heights and colors are not accepted for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase. We have a 25% restocking charge for returned items. Freight costs for the return are the responsibility of the Buyer.

After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

If you do not receive the refund within 30 days, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take a few days for the refund to be officially posted to your account. If you still have issues regarding your refund, please contact us at 'info@postbollard.com'.

Shipping
The Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
